Sample 2D Projections

Image Set 1: Down-sampled images of nerves and vasculature of a Thy1-EGFP mouse

For this dataset, a Thy1-EGFP adult mouse was injected via tail vein with tomato lectin conjugated with DyLight 649 (LEL-DL649). The dataset contains dual-channel maximum intensity projection (MIP) images from 179 consecutive sections (thickness 400 μm) of the mouse body. To reduce demand for data storage and transfer, this dataset was down sampled to 4 μm resolution. Green signals indicate EGFP-labeled nerves and red signals indicate DL649-labeled vasculature.

Image Set 2: High-resolution examples of nerve and vasculature in a Thy1-EGFP mouse

This dataset contains high-resolution (1 μm) MIP views of example sections (thickness 400 μm) from the same Thy1-EGFP mouse in ImageSet 1.

Image Set 3: Down-sampled images of Tac1+ signals in a Tac1-Cre;Ai14 mouse

A Tac1-Cre;Ai14 adult mouse was imaged by blockface-VISoR. The Tac1+ nerves and somatic cells throughout the body are visible through the downsampled MIP images of consecutive sections at 4 × 4 μm2. Each section has a thickness of approximately 400 μm.
